This book is so much more than just a cookbook: it is a guide to family-friendly cooking and nutrition, written by a doctor who understands the real-life challenges of working parents.

As well as running an enormously popular Instagram account – Dr Chintal’s Kitchen, with over 130,000 followers, Dr Chintal Patel is the mother of two boys and an NHS GP with over twenty years of clinical experience in the heart of London.

We are thrilled to have been able to help bring Chintal’s first book to fruition, and feel sure it will be a huge success!
